Used it for over a decade, great performance, customizability, and over all a great video sharing app. Everything is simple to use, their recommendation algorithm is accurate, and can bring immense nostalgia in some places. You can discover new music, hobbies, video games, etc. that you never would have even tried doing. Watch people do crazy things you never imagined were possible. Very produced (unlike TikTok, no offense). And you can easily find your group of people/community that watch and like the same things as you. Crazy good app, 100% will recommend to anybody. Literally my only 1 problem with it is that you can’t see the amount of dislikes. Say there is a tutorial video on how to do something, and if you can’t see the ratio from likes to dislikes you don’t know if it actually works in advance. But putting that minor inconvenience aside, crazy good app and I plan to use it for as long as it still exists.

What users think of us
I’d like to see more suggestions in my feed that share only a couple attributes with what I watch in my general profile. I don’t want you to try and refine my feed, I need you make it broader! Adding features that I can choose like “more like this” or “this narrator” would be useful. Also, if I’ve signed into the app and you’ve suggested a video 8 times and I haven’t watched it, maybe suggest something else or add an option to eliminate that suggestion without altering my profile in your algorithm. If I have watched more than 80% of the video and haven’t gone back, don’t suggest it anymore. If I’ve seen it before, a label like “watched” would be cool. If I’m searching for a topic like “Indian chicken” suggest like, 5 obvious recipe videos ordered by views, then toss in an odd one about raising Indian chickens or daredevil Indian car racers. Also, being able to tag a video I’m interested in watching later without having to actually play the video now. And lastly, a wildcard list of stuff that changes every time I sign in that has nothing to do with my algorithm. Maybe based on stuff that’s rising quickly in popularity?
